Cushion: best around! Customer service: excellent! I’d been fantasizing about a cozy hanging loveseat for our family room, but I was disappointed with what the market has to offer, both in frames and the mediocre cushions. I ended up building my own frame, and topped it with a Deluxe Style Double Papasan cushion from Papasans Unlimited. The cushion is fantastic! It’s thick, soft, keeps its shape well, cleans up easily. It’s an entire magnitude better in quality than just about anything else you can find, whether online or in big box stores. They are so nice that I got a second one right away!

I received my double papasan cushion and footstools yesterday and I am sooooooo happy with them. My order was exactly what I thought I was going to receive. Okay, I just received my papasan cushions yesterday, and I could not possibly be happier. The quality is top notch, exactly what we asked for and very well stuffed. The black microsuede cushions that I ordered are just perfect. They came very fast, arriving only ten days after my order! If Im in the market for any papasans in the future, I wont even consider looking around anywhere else. The prices are competitive, and with free shipping on cushions, you cant go wrong. At first I was a bit nervous ordering something large like this online, but it was apparent as soon as I unwrapped the package that I had made a great choice in going with Papasans Unlimited. The cushions were packed in such a way that they were not damaged at all, the packing was great. I also found the staff to be very personable and receptive; my questions and comments were answered within just a few minutes. In short, in my history of ordering things online, I dont think Ive had a better experience, or could hope to have a better one. Thank you so much! (Of course, feel free to put the above in the reviews section of your site. If youre interested, I had another idea (although Im not sure about the feasibility)- you could put the most recent review on the front page of your site, and have it serve as a link to your other reviews. I just got my papasan cover in and I wanted to send you a quick e-mail to tell you how much I love it.=) You got it to me in such quick timing and it fits perfectly!!
