Single 42″ papasan frame and tufted cushion – fully stuffed with lightweight compression resistant filling. All prices include delivery within the 48 contiguous United States.
The most common sized papasan frame available in the US is 46″ in diameter (being the distance directly across the dish without allowing for the depth/curvature of the dish). However this 42″ frame has been made only 4 inches smaller so that it can be shipped via either UPS or Fedex, thus avoiding additional shipping costs, whilst maintaining superior comfort. Note that the rattan dish manufactured is in 3 segments (in order to minimize shipping costs), as such this product requires your assembly (it is simple to assemble, instructions and bolts are provided).
The dish in which you sit in on the rattan papasan chair is separate from the base, thus allowing the dish to be tilted to any angle. This is a very comfortable chair.

The cushion for the 42″ papasan frame is only available in the tufted style.
About our Tufted Single Papasan cushions
The Tufted papasan cushion has circle tufts to give the cushion the tufted/dimpled look and are designed to fit the 42″ single papasan frame.
The filling inside your papasan cushion is compression resistent polyester. It is light weight, and an excellent product for papasan cushions.
Our papasan cushions are reversible ie. can be turned over.
Price includes the 42″ frame and cushion being delivered to you with either UPS or FedEx, within continental USA. We e-mail you with tracking details once items are dispatched – within 15 working days of receiving your order.
FABRIC RANGE – select from our fabric range shown below. All fabrics are hard wearing and perfect for papasan and swivel rocker cushions. Select a category to view, then click a fabric color to place the item into the shopping cart (button at the bottom of the page). Hold your mouse over the fabric image to see the type and color name.
The following fabric categories are available;
Microsuede – 100% polyester (soft and durable, in a range of plain colors)
Twill – 55% cotton, 45% polyester, polyester and cotton blend in a solid range of colors
Outdoor fabrics – 100% polyester, perfect for indoors also, in a range of patterned and solid colors. The outdoor fabrics will not perish in the elements, note that they are not waterproof so cushions should not get wet.
We appreciate that some of the fabrics, particularly the patterned fabrics are difficult to visualise how they will look on a large cushion, as such, go to our Fabrics page to view images of selected fabrics on various products which we hope will be of assistance. Unfortunately we cannot send to you actual fabric swatches.
