Order two papasan or swivel rocker frames and the second item is sent freight free along with a free footstool frame and cushion (simply advise us in our shopping cart's COMMENTS box the fabric you would like the footstool cushion to be made in). Free freight on the second item consists of any combination of double papasan, single papasan or swivel rocker chairs, delivered at the same time to the same address.
