Yes, we are based in New Zealand. This is advantageous, as given the time difference, we are able to respond to the majority of e-mail inquiries within hours. For our USA customers, please note, all of our cushions are manufactured in Texas, from fabric obtained within the USA, and frames are purchased from our Texas based supplier. Cushions destined for our Australian shoppers are wholly made in Sydney in fabric purchased locally.
